Το 77 προσκαλεί καλλιτέχνες από το χώρο των παραστατικών, των εικαστικών τεχνών, της μουσικής και της λογοτεχνίας να πειραματιστούν, να δημιουργήσουν, να παίξουν και να μοιραστούν, μακριά από το αστικό τοπίο. Το 77 μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει από έναν έως τέσσερις καλλιτέχνες κατά την χρονική περίοδο που θα επιλέξουν. Το κἀλεσμα είναι ανοιχτό για οποιονδήποτε θέλει να αναπτύξει ένα project ή απλά να περάσει χρόνο ερευνώντας. Επιδιώκουμε την ανταλλαγή καλλιτεχνικών ιδεών και τη συμβίωση με φιλική, χαλαρή διάθεση.

ο χώρος

Το 77 είναι ένα τριόροφο σπίτι στο Βαθύ της Αίγινας 6χλμ από το λιμάνι, σε έναν κήπο 2 στρεμμάτων με φυστικιές και με θέα στη θάλασσα, αλλά και στο βουνό. Ο όροφος του στούντιο είναι διαμορφωμένος για να καλύψει τις ανάγκες των μόνιμων κατοίκων για καλλιτεχνική δράση. Διαθέτει ενιαίο χώρο με πλαστικό πάτωμα χορού 50 τμ, μικρό χώρο υποδοχής-καθιστικό, μπάνιο με ντους και ανεξάρτητη είσοδο.

τι παρέχουμε

Το 77 παρέχει 2 υπνοδωμάτια με διπλό κρεβάτι, 2 μπάνια, στούντιο προβών (maximum 7 ώρες την ημέρα), wi-fi και μοιράζεται κουζίνα, σαλόνι, πλυντήριο, βεράντες, κήπο..

Προαιρετικά το 77 οργανώνει ανοιχτή πρόβα – παρουσίαση- συζήτηση με θεατές- συνομιλητές. (υπάρχει διαθέσιμος video projector)

κόστος

Το 77 είναι ένας ιδιωτικός χώρος καλλιτεχνικής δράσης. Καλύπτει τα έξοδά του από τους κατοίκους του και δεν επιδοτείται. Ο κάθε καλεσμένος συμμετέχει στα έξοδα ενοικίου, θέρμανσης και συντήρησης. Tο κόστος που προκύπτει για κάθε καλεσμένο είναι 20 ευρώ την ημέρα. Εάν μοιραστείτε ένα δωμάτιο με δύο άτομα το συνολικό κόστος είναι 30 ευρώ την ημέρα.

πότε & πώς

Oι ενδιαφερόμενοι μπορούν να κάνουν αίτηση στέλνοντας λίγα λόγια για τον εαυτό τους και τη δουλειά τους, μια σύντομη περιγραφή του project και το χρονικό διάστημα που επιθυμούν να παραμείνουν στο χώρο του 77 (maximum 4 εβδομάδες) στο: 77vathy@gmail.com Η απάντηση θα δοθεί άμεσα και θα ακολουθήσει επικοινωνία για τα επόμενα βήματα

Για την Αίγινα αναχωρούν καθημερινά, με τακτικά δρομολόγια, πλοία και ιπτάμενα δελφίνια από τον Πειραιά. Το ταξίδι διαρκεί από 45 έως 90 λεπτά.

Αναλαμβάνουμε τη μεταφορά σας από το λιμάνι της Αίγινας στο 77 την ήμερα της άφιξης. Για τις υπόλοιπες μέρες της διαμονής σας υπάρχει λεωφορείο 2 φορές την ημέρα και ταξί. Στην πόλη της Αίγινας υπάρχουν επίσης ενοικιαζόμενα αυτοκίνητα, μηχανάκια και ποδήλατα.

Για τη μετακίνηση από το 77 προς σούπερ μάρκετ απαιτείται μεταφορικό μέσο. Στην περιοχή όμως υπάρχει μίνι μάρκετ σε απόσταση 10 λεπτών με τα πόδια. Το 77 διαθέτει αυτοκίνητο και ποδήλατα τα οποία μπορεί να δανείσει. Επίσης μπορούμε να αναλάβουμε τα ψώνια σας ή τη μεταφορά σας, κατόπιν συνεννόησης.

77 invites artists from the field of performance, visual arts, music and literature  to experiment, create, play and share away from city life in its welcoming environment. 77 is able to host one up to 4 artists at a time. It is open to anyone who wants to develop a project or just to spend time in research. We are after the exchange of artistic ideas and friendly-easy cohabitation.

the space

77 is a three-floor house at Vathy village on Aegina island, 6 km distance from the port, surrounded by pistachio trees with great views of the sea and the mountains. The ground floor is used as an art studio fοr the permanent residents and guest artists. The working space has a 50 sqm synthetic dance floor, a small foyer, bathroom and an independent entrance.

what is offered

77 provides two bedrooms with double bed, 2 bathrooms, rehearsal studio (maximum 7 hours per day) and Wi-Fi.

Kitchen, living-room, washing machine, balconies and garden are shared.

Optionally, we can organize an open rehearsal-presentation-conversation (video projector available)

costs

77 is a private art space. It covers its expenses from its inhabitants and receives no funding.

Each guest contributes to the shared rental, heating and maintenance costs. The cost for each guest is EUR 20 / day. If one bedroom is shared between 2 people, the total cost is EUR 30 /day.

how to get here and around 77

When you arrive at Athens airport take bus X96 that will take you to to Piraeus port (step out at bus stop "Karaiskaki square"). The bus ride lasts 90min and costs 6 euro.

To get a boat to Aegina go to gate E8 - Argosaronicos (2min walking distance from the bus stop) There are boats and flying dolphins that leave Piraeus port to Aegina every day almost every 1 hour. We take care of your transport from Aegina port to 77 on the day of your arrival. During the next days of your stay, there is a bus running twice a day or taxi available at all times. In Aegina town, there are also cars, motorbikes or bicycles available for rent. 

You can do your shopping at a mini market (10 min walk) or ask 77 people to give you a ride, lend you the car or a bike or shop for you at a super market.

other useful info

Make sure that your flights arrives at Athens airport not later than 14.00 if you want to catch a boat on the same day. Book a departure flight that doesn't leave earlier than 12.00, unless you plan to spend the night in Athens.

You don't need to bring your own sheets and towels!

We are very happy to host Ria Higler @ 77! Ria will offer a 2 day workshop in Athens at Kinitiras studio!

Ria Higler was artistic co-director of the SNDO ( School for New Dance Development) from 1989-1998 and she is a teacher and mentor at the SNDO since decades.

Ria Higler has developed an eclectic and personal style of teaching movement research in which the focus is on the practice of `adaptation` as a way to train the body and mind to become flexible and versatile by receiving information through the body. The aim is to increase awareness and experience in the ongoing process of recognising ourselves in the way we engage in the creative process.

This workshop will include working with the organs and fluids in the body. There will be interaction by touch and observation. The atmosphere of the class will range from quiet listening to high energetic movement. The invitation is: surrender to the body and enjoy!
